Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $29.99, which will be highlighted during the checkout process.
  • Can not be applied with discount code and receive free shipping on one item. Total has to be 29.99 or above with coupon to receive free shipping. 
  • Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, Fixture Shield ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Fixture Shield is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Fixture Shield is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
